How we got here:

While working as a producer and editor for Creflo Dollar Ministries in Atlanta, I got to know a lot of wonderful and talented people.  One of those persons is Jennifer Pessima.  Since I moved to Las Vegas in 2015, Jennifer’s career has been on the move with multiple TV shows.

Fast forward to August 2018, I got a call from Jennifer and she shared a TV show idea with me and she was looking for my assistance with the editing of the pilot episode in the coming months.  I read her script and liked it because her characters were very relatable and authentic.  I was on board.

Filming happened late 2018 and got the footage for an early January edit.  As last minute music selections and pickup shots came in, I was cutting away.  The footage and lighting was fantastic by director of photography, Jonathan Williams.  He even worked in a fog machine in a couple of scenes.

The BBW premiere was at the end of March 2019.  It was a blast to go back to Atlanta and witness my work on the big screen, catch up with everyone and meet new people. Besides being the editor, I was the colorist and audio engineer on this pilot episode.

Jennifer’s success with her pilot episode inspired her to write, produce and direct her Tubi sensation “This is Thirties”, a five episode TV series.  Then Jennifer was the producer of Chanel Scott’s CheMinistry TV Show found on Tubi as well.  Which then led to producing the in-depth documentary “I am John Gabbanna”.  Make sure you follow @JenniferPessima… She is not done yet!
